Responsibilities

Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert in both platform and custom development capabilities

Blend strategy, architecture, and hands-on experience to support client engagements

Act as the marketing platform SME and technical lead across multi-industry enterprise clients

Shape campaign architecture, advise on platform best practices, and support teams through delivery

Deliver exceptional digital experiences and marketing solutions that drive measurable business growth

Qualification

Salesforce OmniStudioSalesforce OmniStudio certifiedHealthcare Life Sciences experienceSDLC methodologiesMS Office proficiencyClient presentation skills

Required

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role

Minimum 4 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagement

Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Salesforce OmniStudio

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience

Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Healthcare Life Sciences Industry experience

Health Cloud advance therapy management (ATM)

Salesforce OmniStudio certified

Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and tools

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, CI/CD, other)

Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
