They are seeking a Service Solutions Intern to assist in process development, systems optimization, and operational excellence within the energy storage industry, working closely with engineering, operations, and asset management teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing and mapping existing service workflows

Help document best practices, procedures, and standardized processes

Support development of digital tools, templates, and process guides for the Lifecycle team

Analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Support implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing tools

Help evaluate and refine documentation management and workflow platforms

Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Asset Management teams to gather inputs and validate processes

Participate in working sessions, take notes, track action items, and support follow-through

Assist with coordinating updates across teams to ensure alignment on service standards

Help prepare process summaries, data insights, and improvement recommendations

Support internal reporting on workflow performance and system usage

Contribute to ongoing initiatives that strengthen the Lifecycle organization’s service delivery framework
