Preparing tax returns
Preparing tax provisions
Transfer pricing
Providing tax consultation services to clients
Developing tax strategies and policies for client operations and transactions
Leading internal and external training sessions to help foster career development of tax Staff and Senior accountants

Qualification

CPA EA licenseTax service experienceJapanese English BilingualTax accounting softwareMultitaskingInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Undergraduate degree in accounting, or a tax concentration within an accounting program from an accredited college/university
Minimum 2-5 years of tax service experience in a public accounting firm or corporate tax
Experience preparing individual, business, benefit fund, real estate and exempt organization tax returns
Strong computer skills: proficiency in tax accounting software, Excel, Word
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Business level proficiency in English required – Dual business level proficiency in Japanese required
Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Preferred

A CPA EA license is a PLUS
Tax Manager experience is a plus
