Responsibilities
Developing and supporting system-level test solutions
Preparing and executing comprehensive system and component-level test plans, procedures, and test events
Participating in integrated testing activities and helping resolve conflicts across competing systems
Documenting test requirements, methodologies, and results
Reviewing system engineering documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with testing needs
Supporting the development of system integration plans, procedures, and scenarios for software/hardware integration testing
Monitoring system performance trends and proactively identifying risks or issues
Suggesting process and product improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Must have a U.S. Secret Security Clearance at minimum
6+ years of experience in software/system testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Experience writing detailed test plans, procedures, and scenarios
Hands-on experience testing software in distributed or networked environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working within Agile development practices
Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite—JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
Preferred
Experience using automation testing tools, such as Selenium WebDriver
Background working with Department of Defense Command and Control (C2) Systems
