The Project Manager will inspect new projects, determine the planned course of action, monitor the project and adjust actions to keep the project moving forward while maintaining required standards.

Responsibilities
Manage the project scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards
Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors and subcontractors
Provide onsite support to technicians
Complete all required documentation for losses
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, adjustors and other third-party resources
Writing estimates using Xactimate
Qualification
Required
Proven experience running disaster restoration projects
Preferred
Xactimate knowledge is preferred but not required
IICRC Certification is preferred but not required
