The Project Engineer will support the sales team in achieving revenue growth by collaborating with clients, developing project bid strategies, and providing technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client and sales team to develop scope and specific project bid strategies that will provide ColonialWebb with competitive advantages

Survey and gather information required to estimate and propose work. Examples of required information may include:

Sizing and equipment selections

Creating drawings/sketches for permitting purposes

Gathering quotes from subcontractors

Advise team of any potential hazards associated with the work

Generate proposals drafts for management and administrative review

Utilize ColonialWebb procedures for go-no-go, CRM documentation, bid review and signature authority

Provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, etc. as required

Support Operations Team by:

Reviewing estimates of other sales individuals

Communicating job scope and requirements to the operations team via a job turn-over meeting

Mentoring members of installation team

Utilizing and drive adoption of software tools such as XOi and/or Canvas
