Responsibilities

Lead OPIR system integration and requirements closure by facilitating Systems Engineering Lifecycle Readiness Reviews (SELRRs) and System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) for future space and ground systems

Chair and guide Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and technical working groups to evaluate engineering artifacts, operational concepts (CONOPS), and system architecture deliverables

Assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to identify technical interdependencies, scheduling gaps, and potential program risks

Drive risk identification and resolution, managing the risk register and supporting mitigation strategies through the Risk Management (RM) process

Collaborate with government customers and industry partners to assess program maturity and readiness across each phase of the Intelligence Community Lifecycle Acquisition process

Provide high-level technical consultation and decision support, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and develop recommendations to inform senior government decision-makers
