Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in disaster restoration
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience in crew supervision is preferred
Knowledge of fire restoration and mold remediation practices is a plus
IICRC Certification is desirable but not mandatory
