Mid LevelSystem Search is currently recruiting experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers for multiple North Carolina locations. The role involves serving as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with the strategic design of insurance plans, and ensuring high levels of account retention through effective relationship management and oversight of policy preparations.

Responsibilities
Serves as main point of contact for the client including addressing client questions, providing guidance on appropriate coverage and/or contractual requirements, and educating client on exclusions and exposures
Assists with strategic design of insurance plans for clients with little to no supervision
Markets, negotiates, prepares, and analyzes alternative renewal options
Acts as field underwriter and authorized representative of insurance carriers to determine whether or not coverage should be bound; binds coverage as appropriate
Strategically assists in the remarketing of renewals to ensure high level of account retention
Oversees preparation of proposals for client, including submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses
Builds and maintains constructive and effective relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding expectations
Prepares summaries of insurance and schedules, binders, certificates, policies, or endorsements
Reviews and verifies accuracy for each step in the policy cycle
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty License in state of domicile is required
Account management experience in the Insurance Industry in Commercial Lines of Coverage
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and mathematical skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Preferred
Independent Agency background a plus
Preference given to individuals that have insurance designations (e.g. CISR, CIC, CPCU)
College Degree preferred
