Responsibilities
Help us define how we will evolve and dominate the SIEM market
Develop sharp, bold, and differentiated messaging leveraging customer stories and product capabilities
Lead and elevate a team of skilled marketers to create compelling messaging, content, and sales tools
Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for CrowdStrike NG-SIEM and related products (including SOAR, data pipelines, etc.)
Plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases, managing cross-functional implementation
Lead a team to develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets, content, videos, blogs, and more
Own and deliver our web strategy as it pertains to all things NG-SIEM
Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to ensure value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are in place
Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to drive differentiation and influence planning
Engage with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results
Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term marketing strategies and product positioning
Qualification
Required
12-15+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and/or B2B SaaS
Proven track record in leading teams of Sr. Mgrs and individual contributors
Deep domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Log Management, and Security Data Management
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across teams and partners
Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Passionate about cybersecurity and delivers with a high level of intensity under pressure
Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives
Ability to create clear, compelling messages and willingness to create external assets or internal deliverables
Strong presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences
Experience and ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies across product marketing teams
Preferred
High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience
You've hired and developed teams in highly ambiguous environments
Technical or software engineering background
You lead by example, no task is above you, and you raise the bar
