Responsibilities

The Senior Federal Project Manager/Program Manager, located in Minneapolis, senior industry representative for Stantec’s Federal practice

Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Position and develop Stantec within the Federal market for contract expansion and securing task orders

Installation Coordinator and Contract Task Order Manager for Federal Contracts

Responsible for ensuring adherence to project delivery processes

Oversee and manage the development of project scope and budget and oversight of project technical requirements

Uphold a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, encourages individual integrity, and focuses on the customer and service delivery

Ensure financial reports are prepared and submitted to the client as needed

Oversee the receipt of purchase orders and project set up

Develop project organization and staffing assignments

Review and approve billing reports before preparation of invoices

Ensure compliance with project plan and procedures

Function as designated contract liaison with client on project contract performance and delivery

Perform quality assurance function for work products before they are submitted to clients
