Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of systems design engineers responsible for integrating hardware and software on complex eBeam tools
Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead design reviews to ensure optimal system architecture
Spearhead next-generation product development with bold, strategic thinking and a focus on delivering winning solutions
Oversee prototype testing, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies that guide product lifecycle decisions
Support customer escalations with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence
Champion onboarding and development for new systems engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in electron optics or SEM technology, with strong foundations in physics, mathematics, and computational skills
7+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex semiconductor systems
3+ years of proven success in people management and team leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead across functions and engage with global stakeholders
Willingness to travel globally up to 15%
