Qualification
Required
Experience in emergency department management
Strong leadership skills
Ability to guide a dynamic Emergency Department
Knowledge of stroke alerts, STEMI activations, and complex fracture care
Experience with rapid triage and fast-track throughput
Familiarity with trauma-ready stabilization and pediatric-friendly care
Ability to collaborate with EMS, cath lab, neurointervention, OR, and critical care
Experience in staffing and scheduling
Operations and budget stewardship experience
Knowledge of policy and regulatory readiness
Experience with sepsis and stroke/STEMI performance
Ability to enhance patient experience and staff engagement
Experience in onboarding and precepting
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as shared governance and Lean
