Responsibilities
Be fully embedded with one our Product teams to gain practical experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade applications in the financial services sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain firsthand insight into how your technology skills partner with and support the business, demonstrating how both work seamlessly together
Receive mentorship from experienced Technology professionals committed to your growth and development
Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and innovations that enhance team performance and application quality
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a program in Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated understanding in programming concepts and the software development lifecycle
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Understanding of databases and SQL
Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Curiosity and a genuine interest in how Technology helps drive the business
Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks is a plus (e.g., React, Angular, .NET)
