Responsibilities
Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or instore using on-line chat feature
Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience
Provides timely and accurate information to the guest
Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions
Upsells products and services
Offers and explains available payment options
Assist in Share Cart making to aid the guest in purchasing
Supports the recovery of guest sales
Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals
Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers
Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values
Training weekly to expand knowledge and grow as a professional agent
Willing to work in a team environment and work individually
Qualification
Required
Must have 1-2 years of sales experience
Proficient in technology, computer literacy and typing
Required to follow all scripts, policies and procedures as provided, and comply with guest experience training
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include early morning, night, and weekend shifts
