Responsibilities

Spearhead operational optimization through planned equipment maintenance and facility improvements as well as timely troubleshooting of manufacturing systems

Direct the installation of new equipment and automation enhancements and provide training for plant personnel

Monitor outside contractors to ensure compliance with all company standards including safety, quality and cost control

Support maintenance team leaders and provide engineering assistance as needed

Provide utilities management expertise to ensure energy efficiency, environmental prioritization and compliance
