This role requires full ownership of the finance function, including transitioning to in-house controllership, managing financial operations, and supporting strategic decisions as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Own all controllership and accounting functions; establish internal processes, controls, and reporting
Oversee FP&A and strategic finance while partnering with the external finance firm for support
Manage weekly cash flow, working capital, and inventory-linked financial planning
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and margin optimization
Provide financial leadership across ERP implementation, supply chain optimization, and channel expansion
Develop scalable financial tools, systems, and procedures to support rapid growth
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Strong background in controllership, accounting, and financial operations within consumer products, apparel, beauty, or DTC
Expertise in cost accounting and inventory finance
Ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically
Experience building or maturing finance functions in high-growth environments
Clear communicator who can partner effectively across functions
