Responsibilities
Efficiently support busy executives responsible for negotiating deals for scripted television
Handle all administrative responsibilities for the executives including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests)
Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence
Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department
Enter deal negotiation requests into the database and assign to the applicable executive
Initiate payments with accounting for our development projects
Depending on skill, educational level and interest, assistant will gain experience drafting and commenting on agreements
Qualification
Required
1 Year of related experience, working in film or television
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while handling competing priorities
Strong Interest in the Business side of Television
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Adobe suite
Preferred
A college degree with an emphasis in Business preferred
