Responsibilities

Develop policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of application software services

Respond to customer technical inquiries in project manager absence

Guide troubleshooting efforts and provide feedback to project manager

Monitor production deployments for projects/releases

Coordinate the development of new and innovative methods for software design, development, testing, and implementation

Coordinate issue resolution, changes in project requirements, and escalate to leadership as appropriate
