Responsibilities

Managing and leading the full-cycle recruitment process for director-level and above positions across the organization
Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and chiefs
Assisting in developing and implementing hiring strategies that directly support IEHP’s business and strategic goals
Identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates who reflect and enhance the organization’s mission-driven culture
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as HR Business Partners, Compensation, and senior leaders, to deliver tailored recruitment strategies
Providing market insights and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final offer

Required

Seven (7) years of experience in executive search, talent sourcing, or executive recruitment, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging senior-level/executive talent required
Experience developing and negotiating job offers
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
+ In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position
In-depth knowledge and understanding in full-cycle executive recruitment, including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and high-touch recruitment
In-depth knowledge and understanding of executive compensation structure, incentive programs, market competitiveness, and complex negotiation strategies
In-depth knowledge and understanding of navigating confidential, sensitive executive searches with discretion and professionalism
Adept use of technology including Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or related creative platform)
Exceptional customer service skills and strong focus on candidate experience
Proven ability to develop collaborative and positive relationships, understand cross-functional operations, and identify opportunities for improvement
Proven ability to work autonomously with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to be results-oriented with learning agility
Proven ability to understand and maintain varying degrees of confidentiality
Proven ability to possess high emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience preferably within healthcare, managed care, or a similarly complex industry
Master's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution preferred
Preferred certification in AIRS Recruiter Academy or AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter
Use of Applicant tracking system (ATS), Human Resources information system (HRIS), and reporting functions preferred
