Responsibilities

Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, platform initiatives, and channel partner needs
Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, DSP partners, and other product teams to deliver products that drive adoption and measurable impact
Directly engage with DSP partners’ tech teams to test and launch new features, as well as helping to influence their priorities
Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with medium-term planning to improve business, operational, and financial metrics within the programmatic team
Become an expert on our programmatic advertising ecosystem, including sales channels, internal workflows, and data foundations

Required

3+ years of Product Management experience successfully executing a roadmap and launching products within the programmatic advertising ecosystem
Proven experience building products that leverage IAB standards and specifications, such as OpenRTB, VAST, AdCOM, or ads.txt
Familiarity with user workflows to execute programmatic transactions within an ad server, DSP or SSP; experience working with channel sales and partners (i.e. DSPs) is a plus
Strong technical understanding of Programmatic foundations, including bid requests/responses, deal types, and auction mechanics
Collaborated with data science to design and run experiments to make product decisions (strong plus)
Clear communication skills with a focus on writing for business and technical audiences
