The role involves supporting loyalty and referral marketing products, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support existing software and applications as part of a cross functional scrum team

Triage support tickets and assign root cause and steps to reproduce

Create bug reports with low level technical details including log reports, stack traces, urgency and impact analysis

Take point on communicating with stakeholders through the entire support process from intake to resolution

Keep up to date with current development trends, security concerns, technology and tools

Work with team members to assess and implement technology solutions

2+ years' experience supporting web-based applications OR relevant educational qualifications (Bachelor's degree or other Industry recognized certification)

Java development exposure and familiarity with common 3rd party libraries and frameworks

Web development exposure using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Ability to discuss topics related to relational databases, Object Oriented design principles, RESTful web services and service-oriented architecture
