Vice President of IT

The Vice President of Technology is responsible for building and scaling a unified technology environment, leading acquisition integrations, overseeing ERP implementations, and managing cybersecurity and infrastructure across a global organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global technology roadmap aligned with business growth and operational priorities
Advise the CFO and executive leadership on technology investments, resourcing, cybersecurity posture, and risk mitigation
Establish scalable technology governance, policies, and operating standards appropriate for a growing international organization
Lead all technology aspects of acquisition integration, particularly carve-outs requiring systems separation, infrastructure stand-up, and data migration
Build repeatable integration playbooks for future acquisitions across multiple geographies
Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and field leadership to maintain business continuity during transitions
Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of a global ERP platform
Standardize enterprise workflows, reporting, data structures, and controls
Drive system adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement programs
Oversee secure and scalable IT infrastructure across corporate, regional, and field locations worldwide
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and incident response readiness aligned with international standards
Manage internal IT support personnel and/or external managed service partners with clear SLAs and performance expectations
Standardize hardware, software, and collaboration tools to improve usability and cost efficiency
Lead enterprise technology projects using structured project management practices
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, software licensing, and platform agreements, including global SLAs
Establish a consistent project cadence ensuring stakeholder visibility and predictable delivery outcomes
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a global, multi-region organization
Direct experience integrating carve-out acquisitions and building technology environments independent of legacy parent systems
Proven success implementing and owning ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong foundation in infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop IT teams and/or manage outsourced technology partners
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technology decisions into business impacts
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP, ITIL) preferred
