Field Sales Development Representative
Vendelux is a Series A SaaS company focused on event marketing solutions. They are seeking a driven Field Sales Development Representative to engage with potential leads at industry events and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other in-person functions to identify and engage potential leads
Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities that align with our solutions
Capture, track, and manage leads using Hubspot
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging, and follow-up
Provide feedback from events to improve targeting, messaging, and event ROI
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of proven success in in-person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face-to-face environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person
Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly
Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time)
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance
