Responsibilities

Create and curate social media content across all social media channels

Proactively work with internal staff / day to day managers to strategically develop specific content

Work in partnership with external designers to the customize designs provided into the necessary marketing materials

Develop and roll out up social media campaigns for clients and key events (including or excluding paid ad campaigns)

Create and execute monthly social media schedules Research and advise on changes to social media trends and strategies

Provide a minimum of weekly updates to management on key projects, progress and any challenges regarding content or delivery

Work with external stakeholders such as photographers, videographers, artists, labels and other creatives to maintain “on brand” consistency via all social media and marketing

Facilitate all design elements across all clients. This could include but is not limited to creating or editing social media templates in Canva and editing short videos

Assist in the setting up of digital marketing processes to refine and streamline communication. For example, scheduling reminders for asset delivery, key campaign actionable, posting of manual posts, reporting and other elements as outlined in a client’s retainer

Engaging key stakeholders in the design and sign off process associated with content creation
