Responsibilities
Analyze websites, funnels, and customer journeys to identify conversion barriers
Create actionable hypotheses backed by data, user research, and UX principles
Collaborate with designers to translate ideas into sharp, conversion-focused variations
Work with developers and QAs to ensure clean, reliable test launches
Interpret test results, uncover insights, and recommend next-step strategies
Build experimentation roadmaps and guide clients through CRO best practices
Communicate findings clearly — written and verbal communication is critical
Hold yourself accountable to timelines, accuracy, and measurable performance
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of CRO, experimentation, UX, analytics, or similar experience
Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to write clearly and think logically
Love data, patterns, user behavior, and structured reasoning
Humble, open-minded, and hungry to learn
Ability to protect the quality of work
Ability to own projects independently without needing hand-holding
Ability to communicate with clients confidently and respectfully
Willingness to work hard and improve constantly
