Channel Commercial Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Own the Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the reseller channel, aligning initiatives with business goals to drive awareness, engagement, and profitable growth
Partner Engagement & Growth: Design and deliver campaigns, programs, and communications that strengthen partner relationships, improve partner satisfaction, and expand channel performance
Sales Enablement: Equip channel partners’ sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively position and sell our products. Develop partner toolkits, playbooks, presentations, and other enablement resources that support revenue generation
Program Execution: Manage a robust channel partner program that includes growth rebates, MDF and other support benefits, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and market opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Commercial Marketing, Global Creative and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution
Performance Measurement: Track and report on campaign effectiveness, partner engagement metrics, and ROI to inform ongoing strategy and optimization
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support overall channel marketing goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on marketing communications and campaign development
Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing or channel marketing is a strong plus
