Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop crafted detailed design solutions across the customer journey delivery and orchestration experiences
Drive the core promise of Avantos: simplifying how businesses serve their customers
Contribute to and evolve our design system
Advocate for the user and design process
Shape team culture and champion design thinking within a world-class design and product team
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience building digital products, with the ability to design, prototype, and ship to development stakeholders
Be able to break down big problems
Expertise in Figma and design systems, enabling you to craft clear, intuitive user experiences that developers can easily implement
Ability to embed user centric thinking into your design process, balancing user mental models with business needs
Ability to consider business needs, and balance speed, craft, and delivery
A refined design sensibility with the ability to move beyond aesthetics and deliver solutions that truly serve the user and the business
Comfortable tackling ambiguity, breaking down complex problems into manageable, actionable concepts
Preferred
Experience working in in small teams or startups, and willingness to take a scrappy approach
You can code
Exceptional prototyping skills or experience working with advanced tools like Facebook Origami
You are familiar with product and service design folks like Bret Victor or Lou Downe
You have worked with no-code workflow automation tools
