Responsibilities
Process payroll for 80,000+ salaried and hourly employees ensuring the accuracy of data entry and coordinating timely payments
Data audit to ensure accuracy and compliance of employee pay
Reconcile wages and hours. Calculate and update timecards as needed
Monitor timely receipt of required employee documents
Maintain system data including, new hire, timekeeping, direct deposit, benefits, terminations, garnishments, etc
Calculate and process off-cycle manual checks
Process leaves of absence and terminations according to state laws
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
2+ years payroll processing experience in a US multi-state environment
Ability to develop and document payroll processes and procedures
Problem-solving, accuracy, and issue resolution
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems required
Preferred
FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification)
Canada payroll processing experience
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems preferred, UKG (UltiPro) system
