Responsibilities

Participate in efforts to design, develop, implement, and evaluate national level policy, including strategies, plans, rulemaking documents, public notices, guidance, training, and technical assistance
Support oversight efforts of regulated stakeholders and carries out reviews, audits, or examinations to determine compliance with applicable laws and agency regulations
Provide support to office leadership in interacting with internal departmental, interagency, and civic working groups and stakeholders, to address cross-cutting national issues
Participate in the design and development of research and data analysis products using quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques
Support delivery of guidance and technical assistance to stakeholders to advance policy implementation

Required

You must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for consideration
You must meet specialized experience to qualify

Experience supporting the evaluation of programs for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Experience supporting the development of policies, strategies, plans, rules, regulations, or guidance

Experience with evaluating a program for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Experience developing policies, strategies, plans, rules, regulations, or guidance
Experience delivering presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders and conveying agency policies to stakeholder groups
Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance
Formulate effective strategies consistent with the business and competitive strategy of the organization in a global economy
Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and techniques used to identify, engage, influence, and monitor relationships with individuals and groups connected to a work effort
