Required

5+ years of experience with employee benefits, via insurance brokerage, insurtech, PEO or third party administration

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort using AI tools to streamline work

Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time

Active life and health insurance license

Preferred

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus

Preferred candidates will be based in San Francisco or the surrounding area and bring recent experience supporting California-based small (under 100 EE's) employer groups
