Responsibilities
Maximize product success as measured by product revenue and adoption
Define and validate target market requirements. Work with customers and partners to identify and prioritize user requirements
Work with development teams to define product roadmap and solutions that outperform the competition, while minimizing time-to-market
Develop and execute product campaigns such as product launches and market proliferation campaigns
Enable field and sales channel success with effective sales training and support
Define product messaging and positioning, and deliver effective customer-facing collateral for product visibility
Qualification
Required
7 years of experience or more in EDA or semiconductor engineering roles, preferably customer-facing
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Experience in product management or other technical management roles, including identifying target market segments, user requirements, roadmap, and development priority
Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to interface effectively with audiences from a wide range of technical and business levels
Business acumen and expertise in semiconductors / EDA, able to tie product deliverables to revenue and financial objectives
Preferred
An advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus
Experience in the 3D IC application space is preferred
