Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers using targeted prospecting strategies
Engage with leads through email, social media, and phone to generate interest in SolarWinds solutions and qualify them for sales opportunities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns and initiatives
Gain knowledge of SolarWinds’ products, solutions, and market positioning
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, engaging presence
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about sales and technology
Comfortable making calls, writing professional emails, and connecting with prospects
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
