Responsibilities
As directed, supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients. Helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience
Helps support the development and execution of a relationship management plan
Helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience
Coordinates with team to determine action plan through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience. Has sufficient knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings. Ensures a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals
Helps support a book of business. As directed, helps develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank. Serves as a point of communication and contact with existing clients and prospects to ensure expansion opportunities are captured
Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures. Works with risk partners to escalate client concerns to bring about quick resolution. Has sufficient knowledge of partner offerings to make business-appropriate introductions
As directed, maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business. Helps ensure the execution of team processes (e.g. pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews)
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be interested in growth and development
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Bachelors
Preferred
Private Bank experience would be beneficial but not required
Sales experience preferred
