Field Sales and Marketing Specialist- Brand Store

Responsibilities

Attends events and schedules demos to promote/sell Easton/Rawlings brands and products
Executes plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set forth by the Director, Retail Operations – Omnichannel
Leads the coordination and organization of the grass roots event schedule and activation
Attends events and sells products onsite, to players, parents, and coaches
Develops strong local relationships with influencers, travel organizations, tournament directors, and coaches to routinely test/promote Easton/Rawlings product in the field
Assists the Store Manager, MHL Manager, and the Category Management teams with developing reports and surveys to effectively report and organize player feedback
Assist Category Management teams with product development initiatives and timelines by providing valuable on-field product insights
Assists the Sales/Marketing team with Easton/Rawlings Mobile Hit Lab objectives with brand storytelling and driving sales initiatives
Partner with Brand Marketing in executing on site activations and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld
Upholds Company standards for merchandise presentation
Ensures compliance with all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures
Responsible for inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts
Ensuring all inventory is kept securely and accurately reflected in the retail POS software
Assists the Brand Store team with achieving store initiatives including sales objectives and margin goals
Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed. These may include but are not limited to assisting Regional Managers – DBAT with servicing or assisting with D-BAT locations

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or 2 to 4 years of related experience
Extensive relationship building and experience with Travel Baseball and Softball
Ability to travel and work from the road frequently; may require overnight travel
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
Exercises a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, co-workers, and management
Possesses a high level of organizational skills
Has acute attention to detail
Ability to clearly understand challenges and concerns and develop resolutions
Proven ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record; must maintain a clean driving record
