Required

15+ years of experience in a creative role
Proven ability to lead concept development and manage cross-functional teams

Experience mentoring talent and contributing to team growth
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines
Ability to build client relationships and represent creative vision
Commitment to creative excellence, team development, and inclusivity principles
Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to foster a resilient, high-performing team culture
