Responsibilities

Perform direct and indirect patient care tasks under the direction of and oversight of an RN

Responsible for supplies / equipment and performs other duties as assigned including, but not limited to the preparation of patients for surgery / procedures; assists in the operating room during surgery and in the recovery room; and performs support duties to include the cleaning and maintenance of supplies, instruments and sterilizers

Qualification

BLSTechnical Program CompletionHigh SchoolEquivalent

Required

BLS (Basic Life Support)

High School or Equivalent

Preferred

Technical Program Completion or Degree

1 year of experience in procedural and/or perioperative in-patient care
