Performance Marketing Manager | Meta & App Campaigns

The role involves optimizing and managing Meta app install campaigns, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the setup, optimization, and performance of all Meta app install campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation
Support and eventually lead managing Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads
Manage tracking integrations across Appsflyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
Implement and maintain conversion actions and event tracking across multiple marketing platforms
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies to drive lower CPIs and higher ROAS
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to test ad concepts, landing pages, and messaging angles
Stay up to date on platform best practices, privacy updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and performance marketing trends
Work closely with management to develop strategy, forecasting, and reporting dashboards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Proven experience with Meta App Install Campaigns (App Event Optimization, Deep Link strategies, SKAN tracking)
Technical proficiency with Appsflyer, GA4, GTM, and event-based conversion tracking
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make strategic recommendations
Strong understanding of attribution, pixel configuration, and data integrity across platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative team to develop content assets for social media
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
Must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TX, or UT

Preferred

Experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Play Console campaigns, or other app-store advertising platforms
Familiarity with SQL, Quicksight, Data Studio, or other data visualization tools
Comfort working with APIs or automated reporting pipelines
