Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services. The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for uploading documents and entering data into electronic management systems, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with various governing directives.

Responsibilities

Completes data entry and uploading of designated items into Department of Children & Families and Cornerstones of Care electronic client management systems (i.e., Care Match & Avatar)

Organizes and maintains youth files including client records, in accordance with Department of Children & Families, and Accrediting body, and other governing directives

Maintain court calendar, identifying schedule discrepancies, and any other court related documents

Audits client records using external and internal expectations laid out by Cornerstones of Care and the Department of Children and Families

Required

High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience

At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening

A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field, preferred

2 years of administrative, clerical, and/or quality assurance experience
