Responsibilities
Shape RevenueCat Capital from the ground floor. We believe Capital can grow into its own $100M+ line of business over time — figure out how to get us there. This is a true startup within a startup. Nothing is locked in (yet). You’ll define the roadmap, the user experience, and the goals
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, finance, and GTM teams to bring something entirely new to market. Just shipping software isn’t enough; this effort will require significant support across the org if our ambitious goals will be reached
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product management experience and/or comparable experience in finance
Significant experience, intuition and talent in both product management and finance
Analytical skills with access to data platforms
Expert in SQL, Looker, Excel or similar tools
Technical knowledge on the software side to work closely with engineering
Ability to discuss APIs, data models, and logic with engineering partners
Technical knowledge on the finance side, understanding core financial concepts
Understanding of the landscape of options a business has when they need capital
Act like an owner, treating RevenueCat's balance sheet, product and brand as your own
Thrive in ambiguity and comfortable making low-information high-risk decisions
Systems thinker, looking for opportunities to automate and build scalable solutions
Attention to detail, ensuring all numbers add up
Ability to know when something is good enough and distinguish between big and small deals
