Responsibilities
Prepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their regulatory and quality practices, focusing on efficiency and productivity gains
Lead harmonization of regulatory processes focused on new product introduction, product changes, submissions, and registration strategies and alignment
Lead harmonization of quality processes including document hierarchy, change control, training strategies, and CAPA and non-conformance plans
Build operating models and governance to manage new ways of working
Set the strategic direction and define key performance indicators for increased efficiency throughout the regulatory and quality landscape
Develop and deliver comprehensive change management programs in support of the rollout of PromoMats and new AI functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or relevant industry experience
Strong track record of delivering client advisory engagements
Core management consulting skills, including: workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, change management and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with agentic AI applications and business use cases
Ability to travel roughly 25% but this can vary depending on engagement
Experience working with a RIM or QMS system; preferably Veeva applications
Bachelor's degree is required
