Responsibilities

Set the enterprise pricing strategy across catalog, retail categories, and emerging businesses
Lead a multi-disciplinary pricing organization, including Pricing Operations, Analytics, Data Science, and Product Management
Ensure Chewy’s prices are competitive, accurate, and predictable, balancing customer trust with long-term business health
Drive experimentation and innovation, including elasticity modeling, ML frameworks, causal inference, generative AI applications, and dynamic pricing capabilities
Communicate pricing strategy and performance to senior leadership with clarity, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset
Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and operational excellence

Required

MBA or MS in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
15+ years of progressive professional experience
5+ years in retail or e-commerce pricing
5+ years managing large, multi-level teams
Deep experience with dynamic pricing, experimentation, causal modeling, and machine learning
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
