Deal Desk Analyst
HammerTech is the Compliance, Risk and Safety Control Tower software platform for the construction industry. They are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution and enhance the purchasing experience.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end deal process, ensuring pricing, approvals, and contract terms are accurate and compliant with company policy
Partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations to remove bottlenecks and maintain a smooth quote-to-cash execution
Assist with cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the quote-to-cash process
Create, maintain and communicate standard operating procedures and approval matrices for quoting and pricing
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar role within a SaaS or Cloud-focused organization
Solid understanding of pricing fundamentals and experience reviewing or administering pricing proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude
Motivated self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
