Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Employee Benefits Department, overseeing a team of 10–15 direct reports
Ensure the successful servicing of accounts, with an average size of 20–50 group lives
Provide support for servicing needs as required
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction
Maintain and improve processes within the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans
Proficiency in EPIC software is required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining team cohesion and productivity
Preferred
Proven personnel management experience is strongly preferred
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a strong plus
