Responsibilities

Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and scheduling meetings

Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to PMA-281 commodity acquisition programs

Tracks program/project status, budget, and schedules

Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data

Supports and assists FMS IPTL and specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in the execution of all assigned program activities

Participates in meetings to support program objectives

Other duties as assigned

Required

Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management

A demonstrated working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS

Experience with identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

An AA/AS degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

U.S. Citizenship is required
