Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all activity programs for our Assisted Living residents, including transportation for off-site events
Prepare resident activity assessments to tailor programs to their interests
Design monthly newsletters and calendars for Assisted Living
Plan and promote community events, seminars, and special celebrations
Ensure the safe and efficient use of spaces, equipment, and transportation
Maintain budget oversight and track department expenditures
Keep our residents informed and engaged through posters, bulletin boards, and digital communications
Serve as a shining example of the values and mission of Fellowship Square
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (experience in senior care may substitute)
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior activities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Compassionate, energetic, and self-directed
Tech-savvy and capable of using basic design or word processing software for newsletters/calendars
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles as needed
