Responsibilities
Business Development
Sales, Proposal Development, Interview Preparation, Configuring Scenarios and Interviews
Managing, analyzing and tracking sales performance metrics
Developing plans for vertical sectors
Executing plans for vertical sector market entry or development
Evaluate and identify opportunities to expand geographically and/or vertical sectors
Strategic initiatives to evaluate or establish strategic initiatives that may include Federal or vertical sectors
Assist in managing strategic alliances with consultants and other software companies on collaboration and communication
Assist in development of annual business plans Tracking monthly and quarterly performance metrics
Managing implementation projects as assigned
Responsible for project management duties including client project management calls, managing scope, deliverables, budget, schedule, progress reports and invoicing
Assuming that the projects that this position are assigned in collaboration with Vincent Yee as the Program Manager, he will be the direct supervisor on these projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in business development, project management, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and executives
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in the software, technology, asset management, or public works/water industries is a plus
