Own and drive business-level and enterprise-wide HR deliverables
Provide the day-to-day HR support for leaders and employees in the assigned business units
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives
Partner closely with the HR Shared Services team and other Directors
Qualification
Required
Experience in a senior HR leadership role
Proven ability to partner with business leaders
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
Experience in driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives
Ability to provide day-to-day HR support for leaders and employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
