Red Door Escape Room is seeking a Game Show Studio Manager to oversee all aspects of Game Show Studio operations. This role includes hiring and training team members, executing high-quality events, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Recruit charismatic Hosts with strong stage presence and interpersonal skills

Hire and retain Event Hosts capable of managing high-energy group experiences (corporate events, birthday parties, etc.)

Cultivate a culture of energy, engagement, and ownership; tracked through quarterly team feedback

Conduct team quarterly Key Skills to ensure consistent experience delivery

Maintain weekly labor targets

Strategically schedule Hosts/Event Hosts based on forecasted bookings and event types

Adapt scheduling for large events with appropriate lead staffing

Fully sign off on new Game Show Hosts, including memorization, product mastery, and guest engagement techniques

Maintain a high standard of team members through live show assessments, including high energy levels and consistency across all Hosts

Oversee show materials and ensure all are functional and well-maintained

Keep event timelines and run-of-show consistent, never resulting in an unhappy Event due to guest experience

Maintain strong team performance through positive reviews and NPS

Resolve guest issues promptly and empathetically
