Senior Management Analyst
Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Analyst to provide expert-level writing, analysis, and operational synthesis in support of senior military leadership. The role involves producing high-quality Operational Update Products, executive summaries, and strategic documents while supporting senior leaders through effective communication and analysis of complex operational information.

Responsibilities
Develop Operational Update Products (OUPs) through expert analysis and integration of disparate operational, strategic, and classified documents
Provide high-level written and oral products to support senior leader engagement with service leadership and combatant command staff
Access, analyze, and synthesize information across all classification levels
Assist in generating and refining studies, plans, briefs, strategies, policies, and operational assessments
Work closely with all staff sections, maintaining daily familiarity with operations functions and current priorities
Produce written executive-level summaries of operations, concepts, requirements, meetings, plans, and senior correspondence
Prepare and refine official communication materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with senior leader intent
Conduct staff coordination, task management, and scheduling activities in support of operations leadership
Support annual staff indoctrination training focused on writing standards, presentation techniques, and leadership priorities
Assist in scheduling and delivering staff writing and presentation training sessions up to twice per year
Deliver all written and verbal products professionally, accurately, and with minimal to no errors
Prepare both unclassified and classified materials, applying sound judgment and classification discipline
Maintain strong awareness of issues, dynamics, and operational considerations relevant to the CENTCOM area of responsibility
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of military experience in writing, analyzing operational updates, producing reports and strategic documents, and developing OUPs
Demonstrated experience providing high-level written products and analyses for senior officers (FO/GO-level preferred)
Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with the ability to interface confidently with general officer staff
Master's degree (MA/MS)
Graduate of JPME II, Staff College, or War College
Possesses Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred)
Preferred
Senior-level background supporting high-visibility operational or strategic functions
Proven analytical rigor and mastery of executive writing and presentation
Demonstrated trust handling, accessing, and managing highly classified information
Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex operational concepts to senior leaders
Strong knowledge of military operations and staff processes
